Return & Refund Policy

At fitlywardrobe, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed for shipment. In such cases, you may return the item(s) following our standard return procedure after receiving your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again (some banks require additional processing time)
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted)
